I have lived at Stadium Walk for 2 years. I feel in love with the location as it is right near Highway 75 and 285. I also enjoy that the community itself is not comprised of a massive number of buildings. It is a quaint community with just 3 buildings which makes the space feel more like a home to me. The property is modern and up to date with the paint colors, appliances, and finishes. They offer 2 beautiful gyms, a large outdoor pool with fun gathering spaces, package and mail room with secure package pick up, and valet trash services. The staff have always been timely in regard to any needs I may have had, but to be honest, I have rarely had to call or walk in for anything. They also host opportunities for the residents to bond with meals, crafts, and community events. I have enjoyed my time here thus far and truly call Stadium Walk home.

Jason and Elisha were efficient and fixed both maintenance issues quickly.

The guys were super respectful and good people. I was on a call for work and had to have them wait outside for a few minutes and they were very respectful of that. Got the job done promptly and did great work.
